We allow cancellations before your item is shipped or manufactured. If your cancellation is accepted, you'll receive a full refund.
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Returns must be unused, kept in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please do not return products to the manufacturer.
Only one shipping charge applies, including returns. We do not charge any restocking fees.
